CANCELLATION POLICY

We ask that you please reschedule at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 50% the price of your scheduled appointment. A card is placed on file & a deposit is due at time of booking your appointments online to insure your spot is saved. No call or no shows will result in a 50 % charge fee for that service. Fees must be paid in a timely manner. If no payment is received you will be blocked from booking with The Waxing studio. If you do not confirm your appointment, you risk losing your scheduled time. If your appointment is not confirmed within 24 hours, it may be canceled and offered to someone else who requests the time slot. Please note that deposits are non-refundable and cannot be applied to future appointments.
