CANCELLATION POLICY
-We have a 15 minute grace period for all services. After 15 minutes it’s considered a no show & will result in 50% charge to the card on file. -Please reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid a 25% cancellation fee. -A card is placed on file and a deposit is due at booking to secure your spot. -No call or no shows result in a 50% charge. -Deposits are non-refundable and can’t be applied to future appointments.
